CRJ devised a 2.8 Mile two-lane roadway that would serve as the future interior service road for new Fixed Based Operators (FBO) and their fueling needs at OPF.
The total construction site area was 20.4 Acres that included both a new roadway typical section and a segment of roadway requiring mill & overlay for handling Fuel Trucks and roadway and environmental challenges.
CRJ completed the design in 2 parts and provided the Construction Inspector, once construction was completed.

CRJ was hired for this job which was the first effort in the conversion of MIA’s tank from landside to airside. The project required CRJ to devise an underground duct bank system to facilitate existing overhead utilities while posing no disruption to fuel deliveries.
All while avoiding all existing underground utilities and with the understanding that the project is roughly 40 ft. away from the main existing electrical feed, energizing portions of the Airport.
CRJ was hired to assist in the planning and design of the new Airfield Rescue and Fire Fighting Facility (ARFF) at Palm Beach International Airport (PBIA).
This project is moving and updating the existing ARFF, to eventually extend Taxiway M, expand Concourse B and add 2additional gates and increase concessions in the Airport. By moving the ARFF, the County plans to help the community versus just the Airport.
We are responsible for the Civil Design, which includes 2 small parking lots, one secured and one public, each with 2 ADA parking stalls.
